Job Description:
- Support customers in resolving issues and questions regarding with the services.
- Maintain and create knowledge base articles as per required to improve customer self help.
- Create, moderate forums and build site communities.
Requirement
- Well organized, attention to detail, able to manage and prioritize tasks.
- A solid understanding on function and usage of Windows PC and the Internet.
- Must be able to work in teams and handling customer issues.
- Effective presentation and communication skills (preferably multilingual)
- An understanding and a passion for games is a plus.
- Previous experience in game customer service preferred.
- Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
