Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • Support customers in resolving issues and questions regarding with the services.
  • Maintain and create knowledge base articles as per required to improve customer self help.
  • Create, moderate forums and build site communities.

Requirement

  • Well organized, attention to detail, able to manage and prioritize tasks.
  • A solid understanding on function and usage of Windows PC and the Internet.
  • Must be able to work in teams and handling customer issues.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills (preferably multilingual)
  • An understanding and a passion for games is a plus.
  • Previous experience in game customer service preferred.
  • Must be conscientious, responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
